Appraisal ($300) , credit report ($30), and survey ($125)
⌂ Complete statements for the last 2 months of all assets, checking and savings accounts,
IRA’s, Mutual funds, etc.
⌂ 2 Years resident history. Mortgage companies or landlord names and addresses. Loan
Numbers, and any other information.
⌂ Year, make model,and values of cars, boats, etc.
⌂ 2 Years of employment history !!
⌂ Social Security cards– numbers– drivers licenses-
⌂ Credit card, bank statements, W-2’s, 1099’s, tax returns for the past 2 years
⌂ If self-employed call 1st and see what other info they need
⌂ Current pay stubs for last 30 days
⌂ Child support debt or income; complete divorce decree and property statement.
⌂ Sales contract / Listing agreement on present home, if applicable.
⌂ VA loans: DD214 and certificate of eligibility.
